Main Purpose: To lead the strategic integration of project operations, corporate governance, stakeholder management, and business systems between Head Office and Botswana operations while ensuring successful project delivery.

• Master’s Degree in Mining, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 15 years’ senior leadership experience in mining or large infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience managing multinational project teams.
• Strong understanding of underground mining operations.
