Manufacturing Manager

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 5 to 8 years experience within a Production or Industrial Manufacturing environment
• Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Production | Manufacturing | Operations Management | Industrial Engineering | Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Experience within Adhesives | Chemicals | Plastics | Coatings or related manufacturing environments advantageous
• Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies and lean manufacturing principles
• Sound understanding of Health & Safety Legislation | Quality Standards and Operational Compliance within a manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated ability to drive Productivity | Process Improvement | Operational Efficiencies and Cost Control Initiatives
• Computer literate with good working knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office
• Valid Driver's License and own Transport required
• Contactable references and payslips required upon request

• Negotiable Monthly Salary Package, based on experience and qualification
