Relationship Building:

CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of
all sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipelines within the CRM
system.

Reporting and
Analysis: Prepare
regular sales reports, analyze sales data, and identify trends to improve sales

Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including
marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Diploma
in Sales & Marketing.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience working in a high end
designer apparel store.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer skills especially Excel
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage
multiple priorities.
- Strong presentation and reporting skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
