Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Seek Sponsorship/Partnership for in house projects.
  • Sell company’s services to potential clients within an assigned target industry.
  • Increase retainer spending by proposing newer concepts to portfolio of (retainer) accounts.
  • Defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.
  • Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation – both internal and third party.
  • Liaise with Senior Executives to digest, organize &coordinate brainstorming exercises on client’s briefs.
  • Liaise with Senior Executives to prepare event and budgetary proposals on behalf of the agency to client.
  • Tracking costs to deliver projects within budget.
  • Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, work streams and activities.
  • Managing delivery of the project according to plan.
  • Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.
  • Managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget.
  • Act as the liaison for the agency ensuring all clients requests and demands are met.
  • Reporting regularly to management and clients.
  • Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
  • Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, outside business contacts, and company stakeholders.
  • Perform any other allied duties that may be assigned from time to time.

  • Business & commercial acumen.
  • Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - needed for communicating with a wide range of people, both internally and externally.
  • Initiative and good decision-making skills.
  • Good networking skills.
  • Analytical skills necessary to correctly identify risks and solve any problems which may arise throughout the project.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to motivate and lead project team.
  • Mathematical and budgeting skills
  • Good time management skills and the ability to multiple task
  • Excellent use of project management and Office tools (E.g. Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel etc.)
  • Attention to detail.
