Generate and convert sales leads into recurring revenue streams, consistently achieving monthly and annual sales targets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers to ensure long-term business partnerships.
Promote and sell the company’s comprehensive portfolio of paper, stationery, and office supplies. Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to inform sales approaches.
Prepare detailed quotations and actively follow up on sales opportunities until closure. Identify and pursue tender opportunities, framework agreements, and recurring supply contracts.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts to management. Collaborate closely with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
Monitor customer accounts and support the collections process to maintain healthy cash flow. Provide management with insightful market intelligence and actionable recommendations to drive business growth.
