Job Summary:

To provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the Marketing Manager, ensuring the effective coordination of departmental activities, communications, reporting, and records management.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing or Sales
  • Office Administration certification will be added an
  • 1-2 Years experience in
  • People Management

Minimum work experience:

  • Assist in coordinating doctor engagement initiatives and events.
  • Maintain and update databases of doctors, specialists, and healthcare professionals.
  • Coordinate GP visits, presentations, and networking events.
  • Assist with the preparation of engagement materials and communication campaigns.
  • Assist with post-campaign evaluations and performance tracking.
  • Monitor industry trends and provide regular updates to the marketing team.
  • Assist in the implementation of marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and approvals.
  • Track campaign performance metrics and prepare summary reports.
  • Coordinate with media suppliers, designers, and agencies.
  • Monitor advertising placements and campaign deadlines.
  • Coordinate stakeholder meetings and follow-ups.
