Employment Information

Job Summary:

  • Provide administrative support to marketing executives by handling information requests and influx of e-mails.
  • Liaise with debtors and other departments to ensure the functionality of the marketing department’s activities.
  • Assist in calculating, updating and maintaining marketing rate sheets on a daily and monthly basis.
  • Assist in monthly fuel adjustments.
  • Assisting with effective and fast client liaison requires proactive communication, meticulous attention to detail, and seamless coordination between clients and internal teams.
  • Assist in tender preparation.
Skill Requirements:
  • Matric
  • 2 – 3 year’s work experience
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Punctual
  • Self-starter, pro-active and autonomous
Place of Work:  BM Hauliers, Heidelberg
