Job Summary:
- Provide administrative support to marketing executives by handling information requests and influx of e-mails.
- Liaise with debtors and other departments to ensure the functionality of the marketing department’s activities.
- Assist in calculating, updating and maintaining marketing rate sheets on a daily and monthly basis.
- Assist in monthly fuel adjustments.
- Assisting with effective and fast client liaison requires proactive communication, meticulous attention to detail, and seamless coordination between clients and internal teams.
- Assist in tender preparation.
Skill Requirements:- Matric
- 2 – 3 year’s work experience
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Punctual
- Self-starter, pro-active and autonomous
