Mascor Toyota Dalton is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant.


RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Provide end-to-end administrative support for the Toyota and COR Centre operations.
  • Receive and process customer payments in accordance with approved cash-handling procedures.
  • Reconcile and process daily banking accurately, ensuring all variances are investigated and resolved promptly.
  • Prepare and submit accurate weekly cash sales reports within agreed timelines.
  • Ensure all required documentation is completed and submitted to Head Office accurately and on time.
  • Monitor outstanding debtor balances, follow up on overdue accounts, and provide a monthly debtor status report to Head Office.
  • Maintain effective control of petty cash, including reconciliation, record-keeping, and compliance with company policy.
  • Manage invoicing activities for the COR Centre, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely processing.
  • Manage incoming reception calls professionally and direct queries to the appropriate person or department.


Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS:



  • Minimum Qualifications: Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent, with strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and a high level of integrity and reliability.
  • Preferred Qualifications: A certificate or diploma in administration, bookkeeping, finance administration or a related field would be advantageous.
  • A valid driver’s license may be required where operationally necessary.
  • Minimum Training/Skills: Computer literacy (including Microsoft Office), basic financial administration, and a working understanding of internal controls and relevant workplace policies.
  • Relevant Experience: Prior experience in administrative support, cash handling, invoicing, debtors administration or reception within a customer-facing environment would be advantageous.
