(MAU) Application Specialist

About the opportunity:

An Application Specialist is responsible for ensuring that a particular software application is functioning optimally and meeting the needs of its end-users by providing technical support, monitoring performance, and providing training and guidance.

What you'll get to do:

-Providing technical support to end-users, such as troubleshooting software issues.

-Answering questions and providing guidance on how to use the software effectively.

-Ensuring that the software application is functioning optimally by monitoring its performance.

-Conducting regular maintenance and making updates as needed.

-Collaborating with developers and other IT professionals to identify and address any issues or bugs in the software application.

-Providing training and support to new users to ensure that they are able to use the software effectively.

-Maintaining documentation and knowledge base articles to assist users in resolving issues and answering questions.

-Keeping up-to-date with the latest features and updates to the software application, and communicating these changes to end-users.

Skills and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with different teams
- Exposure in SQL, and experience in ERP application will be an advantage.
- HCM background knowledge

Working Hours: Night Shift (5 p.m. till 2 a.m.)/ Mostly Work from Home
