The successful candidate will assist the technician in installing and maintaining mechanical plant, equipment and associated machinery to maximise plant and equipment availability. The role also involves first-line maintenance, routine inspections and compiling inspection reports.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies
- Basic understanding of mechanical maintenance techniques and practices, including repair, installation and maintenance of mechanical equipment and machinery.
- Knowledge of and adherence to safety procedures and regulations relating to mechanical maintenance.
- Ability to perform routine mechanical maintenance tasks and minor repairs.
- Knowledge of and commitment to established SHEQ procedures.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
