Job Description:
- Supervise HVAC, plumbing, piping, lifts, and fire protection installations
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and SANS standards
- Conduct site inspections and enforce quality control procedures
- Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions
- Monitor contractor performance and project progress
- Coordinate multidisciplinary site activities
- Manage RFIs, variations, and payment certifications
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and project handover
- Maintain HSE compliance and reporting
Skills & Experience: - Minimum 5–10+ years’ site supervision experience on construction or engineering projects
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, wet services, and fire systems within the built environment
- Professional registration with ECSA advantageous
- Strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Qualification:- BTech / BEng in Mechanical Engineering
- Professional registration with ECSA will be an added advantage
