Requirements:

• Mechanical Engineering Diploma or Craft/Trade certificate.
• 5 years' experience (Diploma) or 8 years' experience (Trade Certificate).
• Experience with gas turbines, steam turbines, boilers, desalination and BOP equipment.
• Knowledge of mechanical tools, pumps, compressors, cooling towers, RO plants.
• Good English communication skills.

• Perform preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment and plant machinery.
• Inspect, diagnose, troubleshoot and repair mechanical faults to minimise equipment downtime.
• Install, commission, maintain and overhaul mechanical equipment in power plant and industrial facilities.
• Service and maintain gas turbines, steam turbines, boilers, desalination systems and balance of plant (BOP) equipment.
• Conduct routine maintenance on pumps, compressors, cooling towers and reverse osmosis (RO) plant equipment.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Use mechanical tools, precision measuring instruments and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, technical specifications and maintenance manuals.
