Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell medical and healthcare equipment to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other healthcare facilities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with doctors, pharmacists, procurement officers, and key decision-makers.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the medical and healthcare sector.
  • Conduct product presentations, detailing sessions, and training for healthcare professionals.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing and sales, medical or healthcare industry is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Ghanaian healthcare and medical equipment market.
  • Highly self-motivated, goal oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
