Medical Superintendent Requirements:

• Academic Qualifications: Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery MBChB/MBBS from an institution recognized by KMPDC •Postgraduate Qualifications: A Master's degree in Medicine Med. Public Health, Health Systems Management, or Business/Healthcare Administration is highly desirable.
• Professional Licensure: Valid, active proctice license and current
• annual retention certificate from the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council KMPOC
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of active clinical practice, proven track record of at least 3-5 years serving in a senior administrative role e.g. Medical Superintendent, Deputy, or Head of Clinical Services within a busy multi-specialty regional or secondary referral health facility
