Job Summary

  • We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Merchandiser to support our retail partners and drive product sales across assigned locations. The ideal candidate will serve as a key link between our company and our clients, ensuring strong product visibility, assisting with in-store sales, and building lasting relationships that contribute to business growth.
  • This role combines customer engagement, sales support, and field operations, with opportunities to earn commissions and performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit assigned client stores regularly to monitor product availability and performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and staff.
  • Ensure proper product display, visibility, and positioning in stores.
  • Support clients in driving sales through active engagement and product promotion.
  • Provide feedback on customer preferences, sales trends, and competitor activity.
  • Track stock levels and coordinate restocking when necessary.
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales and expand product presence.
  • Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, merchandising, or retail operations is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets
  • Good organizational and reporting skills
  • Familiarity with Lagos retail market is a plus
