Position: Merchandisers
Location: Copperbelt, Zambia

PlantCatalyst is looking for energetic Merchandisers to help grow our presence across the Copperbelt.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit retail outlets and ensure PlantCatalyst products are well displayed and available.
• Build strong relationships with retailers and store staff.
• Monitor stock levels, pricing and promotional materials.
• Report market feedback and sales opportunities to the team.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel within the Copperbelt province.
• Ability to work independently and submit accurate reports.
• Experience in merchandising, field sales or agriculture is an advantage.
