We are seeking a results-driven Micro Loan Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will focus on driving impact by originating, analyzing, and closing high-quality loans for qualified small enterprises.

Responsibilities:

• Relationship Management: Actively prospect, develop, and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing small enterprise borrowers.
• Credit Assessment: Thoroughly analyze financial information and assess creditworthiness to ensure high-quality loan portfolios.
• Loan Cycle Execution: Guide borrowers seamlessly through the entire loan application process, ensuring accurate documentation and timely closing.
• Portfolio Monitoring: Maintain continuous engagement with clients to ensure healthy repayment tracks and long-term retention.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Micro Loan Officer selling microloans to small enterprises, with a proven track record of consistently exceeding loan origination goals.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of micro-lending principles, credit analysis, and risk assessment for small businesses.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
