A company is looking to recruit a highly motivated, target-driven and results-oriented Motor Sales Manager / Consultant to join its team.

Job Title: Motor Sales Manager / Consultant
Location: Lusaka, Zambia

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing sales activities, developing sales strategies, identifying potential customers, promoting company products and services, building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets and contributing to the company’s overall growth.

Key Responsibilities
– Develop and implement sales strategies and plans.
– Identify and approach potential customers.
– Promote and sell company products/services.
– Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
– Prepare quotations and follow up on leads.
– Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
– Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
– Provide excellent customer service before and after sales.

Qualifications and Experience
– Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
– Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
– Strong leadership and people management skills.
– Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
