Responsibilities: 

• Handling estimates and quotations across airfreight, seafreight, and road freight
• Preparing accurate and competitive pricing for imports and exports
• Liaising with carriers, agents, transporters, and service providers
• Negotiating rates and maintaining strong supplier relationships
• Assisting the sales and operations teams with pricing support
• Ensuring turnaround times are met efficiently
• Monitoring market trends and rate fluctuations
• Managing RFQs and tender requests

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in freight forwarding estimates/pricing
• Strong knowledge of multimodal freight operations
• Experience with imports and exports
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and strong numerical ability
• CargoWise experience advantageous
