Finance Manager Jobs in Lusaka – Key Responsibilities As a Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in establishing and enhancing our financial systems to ensure compliance with Zambian laws and company policies.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and improving financial management systems and processes for standardized operations.
  • Overseeing accounting processes and supervising the preparation and review of financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
  • Coordinating tax management activities, ensuring timely and compliant tax declarations and payments, and performing strategic tax planning.
  • Managing financial archives, including vouchers, invoices, contracts, and monthly tax return filing.
  • Leading and developing the financial team through recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to enhance team effectiveness.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders including tax authorities, banks, and auditors to facilitate compliance and resolve financial matters.
  • Finance Manager Jobs in Lusaka – Candidate Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in Financial Management, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Professional certifications such as ZICA membership (mandatory for local candidates), ACCA, or CIMA are highly preferred.

ZMW 10,000 - 15,000 gross monthly Additional Available Positions Assistant Engineer The Oasis Serenity project seeks an Assistant Engineer to support on-site construction management, surveying, document organization, and site coordination.

Degree or background in architectural, civil, engineering management, or surveying engineering. Familiarity with construction processes and ability to read basic construction drawings.

Preferably 1-2 years’ experience or internships on construction sites. Proactive, responsible, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Chinese Translator We are seeking a skilled Chinese Translator to provide accurate interpretation and translation between Mandarin Chinese and English during meetings, conferences, and business interactions. Grade 12 certificate and minimum one year of translation experience.

Excellent interpretation, translation, and report-writing skills. Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English.

Proficient computer skills and attention to detail. Flexible and able to work independently with strong time management.

Work location:

  • Oasis Serenity, Leopards Hill near State Lodge, Lusaka.
  • Graphic Designer The Graphic Designer will create compelling visual content across print and digital platforms to support branding, marketing, sales, and corporate communications.
  • Design marketing materials including brochures, posters, banners, and digital content for websites and social media.
  • Ensure brand consistency and support multimedia content creation including simple animations and video editing.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments and external partners to deliver creative projects on time.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field; 2-3 years’ experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with knowledge of CorelDRAW, Canva, and video editing software considered an advantage.
  • Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.

Work environment:

Planning Manager The Planning Manager will lead market research, project positioning, and comprehensive planning for real estate developments, including brand strategy and integrated promotional campaigns. Build and manage the planning department, establish workflows, and performance evaluation systems.

Prepare detailed project positioning reports, marketing plans, and strategic proposals. Leverage AI tools to enhance analysis, copywriting, and presentations.

Collaborate closely with Sales and other departments to execute and assess marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 30-40 years old, relevant academic background, at least five years’ experience in real estate planning or marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Lusaka property market with verifiable project portfolio and extensive media and industry contacts.
  • Excellent report-writing skills and proficiency in AI productivity and office software.

Salary range:

  • ZMW 12,000 - 15,000 gross monthly.
