Job Summary
Successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Engaging and mobilising youth and women in communities.
- Coordinating research activities and community events.
- Assisting with field visits and programme implementation.
- Performing data entry and record management tasks.
- Promoting Zambia Red Cross innovation initiatives.
- Collecting and reporting basic participation data.
The positions offer a competitive monthly salary and allowances under a three-year contract, with the possibility of renewal based on performance.
Requirements
- Aged between 20 and 40 years.
- Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or higher qualification in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in community-based and multicultural environments.
