Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to field technicians by assisting with escalated network issues
• Investigate and resolve complex customer connectivity problems raised through internal support channels
• Collaborate with senior engineering teams on advanced fault resolution when required
• Proactively monitor network infrastructure to identify congestion, capacity concerns, and service degradation
• Analyse recurring faults and connectivity trends to improve network stability
• Use monitoring and diagnostic tools to track uptime, traffic flow, and client performance
• Assist in maintaining optimal network efficiency and minimizing downtime
• Support day-to-day NOC operations in line with business and operational needs

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• 2–3 years’ experience within a Network Operations Centre or similar networking environment
• Solid understanding of network troubleshooting methodologies
• Exposure to network monitoring and diagnostic platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Comfortable working in a high-pressure, operational support environment
• Must have reliable transport
• Willing and able to work rotating onsite shifts
