New Business Sales Consultant

Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12).
• Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
• Minimum 2–3 years' B2B sales experience, preferably within pest control, hygiene services, deep cleaning, sanitary bins, facilities management, or a related industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to conduct client site assessments and identify service opportunities.
• Excellent communication and administrative skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, retail, hospitality, and related sectors.
• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and client visits.
• Conduct site inspections and recommend tailored pest control, hygiene, deep cleaning, and sanitary bin solutions.
• Prepare and present professional proposals, quotations, and service presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing within company guidelines.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximise retention and upselling opportunities.
• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure seamless service implementation.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging industry opportunities.
