New Restaurant Manager

· A start-up Mediterranean Restaurant requires an innovative Restaurant Manager who desires the opportunity to establish a new development in Bedfordview, Johannesburg. · This greenfields opportunity needs a dynamic individual who will be responsible for setting up, designing, staffing and managing this new establishment - from the ground up, building on the existing facilities. · Duties will include overall control and management, food preparation, overseeing all Restaurant and Bar operations, whilst ensuring service excellence, with staff hand picked by yourself - so as to ensure success of the project. · We envisage a dynamic personality with the requisite experience who can create, build, manage and in time to come, possibly even own their own operation.
