Nairametrics is looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Content Manager to oversee content planning and production for NM TV. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content development, show scheduling, guest coordination, scripting, and ensuring the delivery of engaging and high-quality video content aligned with the Nairametrics brand. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and manage content ideas and programmes for NM TV 
  • Coordinate show schedules and production timelines 
  • Manage guest sourcing, invitations, confirmations, and communication 
  • Write and review scripts for shows, interviews, and video segments 
  • Work closely with presenters, producers, and the production team to ensure smooth content execution 
  • Ensure all content aligns with Nairametrics’ editorial and brand standards 
  • Monitor content performance and audience engagement trends 
  • Perform any other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time 

Requirements: 

  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in content production, media, broadcasting, or related roles 
  • Strong content development and storytelling skills 
  • Excellent writing, scripting, and communication skills 
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities 
  • Ability to manage multiple productions and meet tight deadlines 
  • Experience in television, digital media, or broadcast production is an added advantage
