About the Role
- The Noiler Farmer Satisfaction Representative will drive the growth and sustainability of the Noiler Business Model within assigned communities by recruiting, training, and supporting rural farmers—particularly women—as Mother Units MUs and Smallholder Farmers SHFs. The role also involves acting as an extension agent and data enumerator, ensuring effective farmer engagement, performance monitoring, and implementation of farmer satisfaction initiatives.
Job Purpose
The role is responsible for:
- Recruiting and onboarding rural women as Mother Units MUs who raise Noiler birds intensively
- Training and supporting MUs to ensure proper brooding practices and optimal performance
- Generating and supporting Small Holder Farmers SHFs to off-take birds
- Collecting and managing farmer data using digital tools Usomi app
- Implementing farmer satisfaction strategies in line with business objectives
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard qualified Mother Units MUs, with a focus on rural women
- Generate and support Smallholder Farmers SHFs for the off-take of Noiler birds
- Ensure MUs have the required facilities and knowledge for effective brooding
Training & Extension Services:
- Organise and deliver training programs for MUs and SHFs
- Provide ongoing technical support on poultry management, feeding, vaccination, and best practices
- Act as an extension agent to improve farmer productivity and outcomes
Monitoring & Performance Management:
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor MUs and SHFs
- Track key metrics such as bird weight, feed intake, mortality, and vaccination records
- Ensure adherence to best brooding and poultry management practices
Farmer Engagement & Satisfaction:
- Conduct farmer satisfaction surveys and implement tailored satisfaction plans
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing farmers while onboarding new ones
- Support MUs in selling birds after each production cycle and ensure continuous restocking
Data Collection & Reporting:
- Capture accurate farmer and production data using the Usomi app
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports in line with company standards
- Provide updates on market trends, farmer performance, and competitor activities
Community Engagement & Business Development:
- Conduct sensitisation campaigns, mobilisation activities, and community outreach programs
- Deliver presentations to community leaders, women's groups, and other stakeholders
- Identify and collaborate with development agencies within the territory
Compliance & Administration:
- Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and operational procedures
- Maintain discipline and enforce compliance among farmers
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of HND / B.Sc in Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field
- Prior experience in poultry farming, agriculture, or rural development is preferred
- Experience in farmer training, recruitment, or extension services is an added advantage
