A major mining project entering the final stages of execution is seeking an experienced Operational Readiness Lead to drive the transition from project delivery into successful operations.
This is a strategic leadership role focused on ensuring the people, processes, systems, and assets are fully prepared for operational handover, commissioning integration, start-up, and production ramp-up.

- Operational Readiness Strategy & Execution
- Commissioning & Start-Up Integration
- Operational Handover & Asset Acceptance
- Business & Workforce Readiness
- Risk Management & Readiness Governance
- Production Ramp-Up Support
We are specifically looking for candidates with:
- 15+ years' experience in Mining, EPCM, Minerals Processing, or Major Industrial Projects
- Proven Operational Readiness leadership experience on large capital projects
- Strong understanding of commissioning, start-up, operational transition, and handover processes
- Experience working across project delivery, operations, maintenance, and business support functions
- Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership capabilities
This is not a traditional Project Management role. We are seeking a leader who understands how to bridge the gap between project completion and sustainable operational performance.
