We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operations & Business Performance Manager to oversee daily operations, improve business processes, strengthen accountability, and drive operational efficiency across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a small or medium-sized business environment and a proven track record of implementing systems, improving productivity, and managing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate daily business operations
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures SOPs
  • Monitor operational KPIs and prepare management reports
  • Improve staff productivity and accountability
  • Manage inventory controls and operational processes
  • Coordinate vendors, suppliers, and service providers
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions
  • Lead process improvement initiatives
  • Support management in strategic planning and execution
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting across departments

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of operations, business management, or process improvement experience
  • Experience within an SME, retail, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, financial services operations, or similar environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills
  • Experience developing KPIs and operational reports
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
