We are looking for a hands-on Operations Coordinator to support our logistics and supply chain operations. This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years’ experience who is looking to grow within a fast-paced operational environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily logistics and operational activities
- Assist with route planning, scheduling, and dispatch
- Track deliveries and ensure timely execution
- Liaise with drivers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
- Support stock control and inventory processes
- Handle client communication regarding deliveries and queries
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and standards
Requirements
- 1–3 years’ experience in logistics, transport, or operations coordination
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Good communication and problem-solving ability
- Computer literate (Excel essential)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive
Advantageous
- Experience in fleet, transport, or warehouse operations
- Exposure to ERP systems (SAP / Syspro / similar)
- Relevant qualification in Logistics / Supply Chain
