About the Role:

• Operations Intern in Ndola As an Operations Intern, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operational flow of our vehicle fleet.
• Your responsibilities will include supervising drivers, coordinating loading activities, and ensuring the seamless execution of transport operations from departure to delivery.
• This full-time internship is based at our Ndola location within the Copperbelt region.
• Key Responsibilities Monitor vehicle movements using GPS tracking systems such as Tramigo, providing daily updates on fleet status.
• Coordinate driver and truck scheduling, ensuring adherence to assigned routes and operational plans.
• Manage and process transport documentation including Proof of Delivery (PODs) and receipts.
• Record fuel consumption and trip reports, promptly escalating any delays, vehicle breakdowns, or incidents.
• Support departmental administration through accurate data entry in Excel and logistics software.
• Qualifications and Requirements Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transport Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Residency within Ndola, Kitwe, or the wider Copperbelt region is essential.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior experience is required.
• Availability to commit full-time throughout the internship period.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
