Right to Care Zambia is recruiting an Operations Manager for its Lusaka office.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transport, Business Administration, Operations, Public Administration or a related field.
At least five years of relevant experience.
Paid-up membership of the Zambia Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport.
Valid Class C1 or higher driver’s licence.

A relevant master’s degree or Certificate of Professional Competence.
Experience managing fleet, fuel, insurance, assets, inventory, vendors and contracts.

Oversee travel, fleet, logistics, administration, inventory, contracts and assets.
Manage insurance, fuel controls, operational reporting and compliance.
Maintain safety standards, supervise staff and manage service providers.
Strengthen systems, controls and efficient delivery across operations.
