JOB PURPOSE:
To ensure effective service delivery and efficient processing of all transactions in Banking Operations within the stipulated TAT.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To Support the operations team in executing transactions as it relates to the entire Operations of the Bank.
- Daily proofs & effective reconciliation of Inward and Outward electronic fund transfers GLs Accounts.
- Review on daily basis transactions done via the bank application vis a vis the switching company.
- Daily escalation of any open items due to system issues or errors from Settlement team.
- And any other task that might be assigned from time to time.
EDUCATION:
- Minimum of first degree or its equivalent in Accounting, Banking and Finance or related discipline.
SKILLS NECESSARY FOR THE JOB FUNCTION:
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Strong written/oral communication skills.
EXPERIENCE: 0 to 1 year of experience.
