  • Previous experience in a retail or hardware environment
  • Experience working Odyssey (Point of Sale system)
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Managing daily retail store operations
  • Assisting customers and handling queries
  • Odyssey system experience
  • Stock control and inventory management
  • Supervising staff and ensuring good store performance
  • Handling cash-ups and reporting
  • General administration 
Preferred Skills:
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of hardware/building materials
