Outdoor Sales Representative-Iron Sheet & Metal

Grewals Mauritius Ltd is seeking a dynamic and motivated Outdoor Sales Representative for our showroom in Pailles. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:

• Promote and sell Grewals’ range of iron sheet, metal and galvanised products

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and market intelligence.

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and submit weekly sales reports

Client Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

• Conduct regular site visits to understand client requirements and provide technical advice.

• Take accurate site measurements and gather all necessary project details for quotation preparation.

Technical & Quotation Support:

• Prepare and follow up on detailed quotations based on site assessments.

• Collaborate with the showroom team and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of proposals.

• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with indoor showroom representatives to ensure seamless customer experience.

• Encourage cross-selling and promote synergy with other sales teams across the group.

Candidate Profile

Education & Experience:

• HSC holder or equivalent.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in building materials, construction, or related industries.

Skills & Attributes:

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Customer-oriented with a proactive and solution-driven mindset.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Pleasant, dynamic, and enthusiastic personality.

Other Requirements:

• Computer literate (MS Office, email, quotation tools).

• Valid driving license is mandatory.
