Key Responsibilities

Outwork Administration
  • Monitor incoming orders and coordinate outwork requirements
  • Prepare delivery notes, purchase orders, and supplier instructions
  • Communicate artwork and job specifications to suppliers and printers
  • Track strike-offs/seal blocks and manage follow-ups
  • Update production status and maintain accurate job folders
Wash Testing Coordination
  • Arrange and track wash testing submissions and returns
  • Coordinate sending/receiving of panels with suppliers and testing facilities
  • Capture and upload reports onto the system
  • Ensure all testing milestones are tracked and completed
Invoicing & Reconciliation
  • Match delivery notes, cut figures, and invoice quantities
  • Complete GRVs and reconciliations
  • Ensure AQL compliance prior to payment processing
  • Assist with weekly invoice verification and tracking

Requirements

  • Previous administrative experience (manufacturing/production environment advantageous)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent coordination and follow-up skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Experience with production/order systems advantageous
