  • Identify efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities across the business

What You Bring

  • Strong hands-on experience with Xero and OCR tools such as Hubdoc
  • Proven experience working with UK companies and accounting standards
  • Confidence in dealing directly with HMRC on VAT, payroll, and compliance matters
  • Accounting qualification or at least 5 years in a senior bookkeeping or management accounting role
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets capability
  • Experience managing multi-entity or group structures
  • High attention to detail and strong reconciliation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
  • Clear communication skills and a proactive mindset

What Success Looks Like

  • Accurate, up-to-date financial records across all entities
  • Timely and reliable monthly reporting with meaningful insights
  • Strong compliance with UK regulatory requirements
  • Efficient, well-controlled finance processes
  • Clear communication with Directors and stakeholders
