Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the Parts Department
• Drive parts sales, gross profit, and departmental performance
• Lead, coach, and motivate the parts team
• Maintain effective inventory control and minimise obsolete stock
• Ensure accurate ordering, receipting, issuing, and stock control
• Build strong relationships with workshop, retail, wholesale customers, and suppliers
• Conduct stock takes and ensure compliance with company standards
• Monitor departmental performance and achieve monthly targets
