About the Role
Envestpro is seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to two financial advisors. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing administrative functions, coordinating client interactions, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the advisors’ practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate diaries, appointments, and meetings
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and client communication professionally
- Prepare documentation, reports, and meeting packs
- Maintain accurate client records and filing systems
- Assist with onboarding new clients and processing administrative requirements
- Follow up on outstanding documents and client queries
- Liaise with product providers and service partners
- Coordinate travel arrangements and event scheduling when required
- Ensure compliance and confidentiality standards are maintained
- General office administration and support duties
