Minimum Requirements

Education: Grade 12
Qualification:
- Pest Control Officer Certificate
- Container Fumigation Qualification (Required)
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Pest Control Operations (PCO), HACCP, and Structural Fumigation
- Proven Container Fumigation Experience (Essential)
Other: Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain company vehicle and equipment

Key Responsibilities

Adhere to company standards and procedures at all times
Complete service tickets accurately and on schedule
Manage and scan integrated pest management systems
Ensure site files are maintained and updated monthly
Prepare and submit daily treatment reports to the office, ensuring proper paper flow
Apply and implement all safety standards for pest control operations
Perform ad hoc fumigation, blanket spraying, termite treatment, wasp removal, and related pest control activities
Maintain company vehicle and equipment in good working condition

Competencies & Skills

Strong knowledge of pest control methods and safety standards
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Attention to detail in documentation and compliance reporting
Good communication skills for client interaction and reporting
Problem-solving skills and adaptability in handling diverse pest control challenges
