Phone Call Marketer

Responsibilities:

• Promote the company's products, services, and application features to current and prospective users.
• Make outbound phone calls to engage users, provide information, and encourage app usage.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication.
• Achieve daily activity and performance targets set by the company.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate user insights to the relevant teams.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and marketing activities.
• Perform other marketing and customer engagement duties as assigned to support business growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of an HND
• 1 year of previous experience in a similar role
