DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES:

  • Capture high quality photograph and videos of guests participating in various park attractions, including quad biking, ziplining, canyon swings, safaris, walking with animals, and other adventure activities.
  • Position yourself at designated photography points to capture guests' experiences while ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Produce creative, well- composed photographs that meet the company's quality standards.
  • Ensure photographs accurately represent the guest experience and create lasting memories.
  • Upload photographs promptly into designated photo management system.
  • Ensure photographs are correctly assigned to the respective guests or booking references.
  • Welcome guests in a friendly, professional and courteous manner.
  • Explain available photography packages, products and pricing to customers.
  • Handle customer enquiries and compliants professionally, referring complex issues to the Photography Supervisor when necessary.
  • Deliver excellent customer service that enhances the overall guest experience.
  • Promote photography packages, digital downloads, printed photographs and promotional offers.
  • Achieve individual and departmental sales targets.
  • Ensure cameras, lenses, memory cards, batteries and accessories are clean, functional and ready before the start of each shift.
  • Carry out routine equipment checks and report any faults immediately.
  • Keep photography stations clean, organised and presentable.
  • Complete daily operational checklists and reports as required
  • Assist in stock counts of photography supplies and accessories.
  • Perform any other cognate duties as may be assigned to you by Management.

CANDIDATE'S PROFILE:

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
  • Certificate or Diploma in photography, multimedia, or a related field would be an advantage.
  • Previous experience in photography, hospitality, tourism or customer service is preferred.
  • Experience in sales or retail would be beneficial.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Honest, reliable and trustworthy.
  • Flexible to work weekends, public holidays and extended hours as required.
