PIZZA SHOP SUPERVISOR
We’re looking for a reliable and results-driven Pizza Shop Supervisor to lead our team, maintain high standards and deliver an amazing customer experience every day.

LEAD & MOTIVATE THE TEAM
Supervise, coach and motivate staff to deliver top performance every day.
OPERATIONS EXCELLENCE
Ensure smooth daily operations, follow SOPs and maintain high service standards.
SALES & TARGET FOCUSED
Drive sales, achieve targets and support the growth of the pizza shop.
Understands and can work confidently on GAAP.
GAAP LITERATE
Must understand and use the GAAP system for accurate records. and reporting
FAST FOOD EXPERIENCE (ADVANTAGE)
Previous fast food or quick service restaurant experience is a strong advantage.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO
Has proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in fast food.
Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Good problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Honest, reliable and accountable.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Overseeing daily pizza shop operations and ensuring quality service.
Managing staff schedules, performance and training. Handling cash management and daily reconciliations using GAAP
Monitoring stock, wastage and ensuring cost control
Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety and company standards. Driving sales, meeting targets and preparing
daily reports. Resolving customer issues and ensuring satisfaction.
