About the role:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Planning & Supply Chain Supervisor to oversee demand planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics, imports, and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:
•       Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align demand and supply plans.

•       Plan and coordinate procurement activities to maintain optimal inventory levels.

•       Supervise logistics from port to warehouse and from warehouse to customers, ensuring timely deliveries.

•       Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory control, stock accuracy, dispatch, and cycle counts.

•       Monitor stock levels and report slow-moving, overstock, and near-expiry products.

•       Maintain accurate supply chain records and ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.

•       Prepare and monitor supply chain performance reports and recommend continuous process improvements.

Candidate requirements:

•       Diploma in Purchasing and Supply, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.

•       3 years’ experience in warehouse and logistics management.

•       Experience in the crop protection/agrochemical industry will be an added advantage.
