Role Overview:
The Policy & Procedure Specialist is responsible for developing, reviewing, and maintaining internal policies and procedures to ensure alignment with local regulations, organizational strategy, and international best practices. This role plays a key part in promoting organizational consistency, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain company-wide policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and manuals

  • Conduct gap analyses and ensure alignment with relevant labor laws and regulatory frameworks

  • Collaborate with legal, HR, compliance, and operational departments

  • Facilitate policy awareness and training sessions across departments

  • Perform regular reviews and audits of existing policies and recommend updates

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Law, HR, or related field

  • 5+ years’ experience in policy development or governance within a corporate or government environment

  • Strong knowledge of international and South African policy frameworks

  • Exceptional writing, documentation, and communication skills

Preferred:

  • Experience working in the GCC or a multicultural environment

  • Arabic language skills (advantageous, not required)
