Main duties:

• Welcome Guests arriving at the hotel and ensure that all luggage are placed in room before guest checks in
• Pick up luggage from rooms upon departure and bid farewell to Guests
• Ensure effective and efficient car / shuttle service
• Fetch and distribute incoming and outgoing mail for guests and internal messages and memos
• Drop and fetch Guests as and when required
• Ensure cold towel service opon Guest arrival
