Your Mission
You’ll manage and grow an established broker portfolio while identifying and converting new business opportunities across the Pretoria region.
You’ll act as the key link between brokers and internal operational teams — ensuring exceptional service delivery, profitable growth, and strong long-term partnerships.

- Broker relationship management and support

Strong Short-Term Insurance Experience is Essential
We’re specifically seeking professionals who have:
- Solid commercial short-term insurance experience
- Strong understanding of personal and commercial lines products
- Knowledge of underwriting principles and profitable business growth
- Experience working within the short-term insurance sales environment
- Strong awareness of industry trends, competitor offerings, and broker dynamics

Qualifications & Experience
- Grade 12
- RE5 completed (essential)
- Proof of FSCA registration / DOFA date
- NQF Level 4 Short-Term Insurance qualification
- NQF Level 5 or higher advantageous
- Minimum 3 years’ commercial insurance experience
- TIAL/System A experience advantageous
- Valid driver’s license essential
