Service: Postpartum Doula Services
Location: Lusaka, Zambia
Target Group: Women between 30 & 50 years old
Training: Comprehensive training provided by HandyGem

Help mothers heal, rest and adjust to life with their little ones. You’ll be a trusted support, a helping hand and a listening ear during one of life’s most important seasons.

We Are Looking For Women Who Are:

• Compassionate & Empathetic: You genuinely care about people and love supporting others.
• Patient & Calm: You remain calm under pressure and understand the needs of a healing mom.
• Dependable & Trustworthy: You are responsible, reliable and respect the privacy of every family.
• Good Communicator: You listen well, encourage and offer emotional support.
• Hands-on & Helpful: You are able to assist with light household tasks and make daily life easier for mom.

You Will Help With:

• Supporting mom’s recovery and emotional well-being.
• Newborn care support (feeding, soothing, changing, bathing).
• Preparing simple meals and snacks.
• Light housekeeping & laundry related to mom and baby.
• Providing companionship and a listening ear.
• Creating a calm, clean and supportive environment.
