Employment Information
We are looking for a qualified Power Systems Specialist to support electricity distribution and transmission planning for infrastructure and electric vehicle charging developments. The successful candidate will assess grid integration requirements and provide technical recommendations for reliable and sustainable electricity supply.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess electricity distribution and transmission infrastructure.
- Evaluate grid capacity and integration requirements for EV charging infrastructure.
- Conduct power system planning and technical feasibility assessments.
- Identify electricity network constraints and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Support infrastructure investment planning and technical reporting.
- Coordinate with utilities, regulators, engineers, and other project specialists.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience in electricity distribution and transmission planning.
- Experience in grid integration studies is essential.
- Knowledge of renewable energy integration and EV charging systems is an advantage.
