ABOUT NDOLA TRUST SCHOOL
Ndola Trust School is situated on Plot No. 578 Freedom Way, Kansenshi, Ndola. Freedom Way is a one-way drive which branches off from Mukuni Road and joins Kariba Road.
The school has a spacious and attractive surrounding, which gives it a welcoming environment conducive for learning.
The school was owned and run by Zambia Consolidated Copper Mines (ZCCM) from 1973 to 1999 when it was operated as a private/community school under the care of the Board of Governors.
In January 2015, the Government of the Republic of Zambia reviewed the status of the school to become a self-sustaining, state-owned enterprise.
The school is a multi-cultural institution that has no bias towards creed, race, denomination and ethnicity. Its enrolment has since inception grown from Primary to Secondary school.

JOB SUMMARY
Teach learners holistically from Grade 1 to Grade 4.
REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12 Certificate
25 to 35 years of age
Minimum of three years of teaching experience
Good interpersonal skills
Basic communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Bachelor’s Degree with Education from a reputable university
Computer literate, with the ability to work in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Teach learners from Grade 1 to Grade 4.
Prepare quality tests and administer them timely.
Assess learners' performance and give timely feedback.
Form learners holistically.
Provide parental guidance and counselling to learners.
