Main duties and
responsibilities
•Assisting in sourcing, negotiating,
and purchasing goods,
materials, and services.
•Maintaining and updating
procurement records, reports, and supplier databases.
•Collaborating with internal teams
to understand and fulfill procurement requirements.
•Managing purchase orders, invoices,
and delivery schedules.
•Ensuring compliance with company
procurement policies and standards.
•Monitoring market trends to
identify cost-saving opportunities.
•Handling supplier queries and
resolving issues promptly.
•Manage and control perpetual
inventory stock counting/inventory accuracy checks & highlight any
discrepancies.
•Minimize overstocking and identify
obsolete/redundant items.
Candidate Profile
•A
Diploma in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
is a plus.
•Two
years of experience in procurement or supply chain.
•Strong
organizational and multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and sound
communication skills.
•Proficiency
in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word).
•A proactive mindset with a focus on
delivering results and solving challenges
